If for whatever reason, you need to cancel your reservation within 14 days of your booking date, you will be refunded 50%. No refunds will be granted for cancellations and rescheduling requests received within 48 hours of the start time for your reservation. 

All furniture, chairs, and stools are included, along with our mobile wall! You may also rent our seamless paper backdrops at $10/roll. Please keep in mind that all of our studio furniture and backdrops are subject to change. You are more than welcome to bring in your own furniture/props for your session or event.

Yes! But keep in mind that we are very close to the railroad tracks in Downtown Bryan, so plan accordingly for when our neighbors come through town :) We ask that you keep all volume to a minimum, as we share our space with 2 other businesses next door.

We have plenty of parking available on-site. You can find parking spots on the left side of the studio, parking spots along the street.

We ask that you arrive at your designated session time. Plan your setup and tear-down times accordingly within the allotted time for your session.

We allow bookings 90 days in advance!

We only allow tours of the studio for all-day rentals or event rentals.

If you are planning a shoot, we ask that you limit the number of guests to 9 people. If you are planning an event, you may bring anywhere between 10-50 people.

No drugs, guns, smoking, and/or vaping.

No nudity.

No boudoir.

No glitter or feathers.

40 Decibel noise limit.

No nailing, taping or hanging on the walls, or wood rolling backdrops without prior permission from the owner.

Yes. If alcohol will be served at your event it must be provided by and booked through an approved vendor.

Yes, we love all the furry friends! You are more than welcome to bring your dog or cat inside the studio for your shoot. We ask that you bring the appropriate cleaning supplies to clean up after your animal. This includes any waste or hair in the studio.
